We need your donations again!

11th February 2021

We have been blown away by the generosity of food donations in 2020, so much so we got to the point where we could no longer store all the food!

Since entering into 2021, food donations have dropped and demand has continued to gradually increase as we meet the challenges Covid-19 continues to present. Therefore, WE NEED YOUR FOOD DONATIONS AGAIN PLEASE!

Our most needed items are:

  1. Long-life fruit juice

  2. Long-life milk (UHT)

  3. Tinned meat & fish

You can donate directly to us at our central hub (King’s Church) on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 11am-2pm or at the collection point at one of the following supermarkets:

  • Tesco Extra Fratton Way
  • Tesco Extra North Harbour
  • Waitrose Southsea
  • Sainsbury’s Guildhall Walk
  • Co-op Great Southsea Street
  • Co-op Elm Grove
  • Co-op Highland Road
  • Co-op Winter Road
  • Co-op Eastney Road
  • Co-op Fawcett Road
  • Co-op Copnor Road
  • Morrisons Anchorage Park
  • Morrisons Victory Park
  • Asda Fratton

Thank you SO MUCH for the food items you donate to us – your donations are vital to our food banks being able to feed as many people as we do! Don’t forget, you can also donate financially (https://thekings.churchsuite.co.uk/donate/fund/dsuhabq8) as well as donating other non-food items, such as:

  • Toiletries – toothpaste/toothbrushes, deoderants, shower gels, shampoos (no razors please)
  • Pet food
  • Toilet roll
  • Washing up liquid
  • Laundry powder & softner

YOU are vital to Portsmouth Foodbank, and we really value your support!

THANK YOU!
